If you’re looking for a motherhood photographer who values connection over perfection, my sessions are designed to feel relaxed, playful, and true to your family. Rather than stiff posing, I use gentle prompting to help everyone settle in, interact naturally, and enjoy being together. My approach is documentary-inspired, focused on presence, movement, and the real moments that often end up meaning the most. The goal is for photo day to feel like something your family can look forward to — full of laughter, personality, and the beauty that already exists in your everyday connection.
My style is candid, emotive, and story-driven. I’m drawn to the natural rhythm of your family rather than overly posed moments, so your gallery reflects not only how everything looked, but how it felt. I want your images to hold the energy, tenderness, and joy of this season in a way that feels timeless and real.
All of my images are documented using analog 35mm film.
Film photography uses a light-sensitive roll of physical film instead of a digital sensor. Because each frame counts, there are a limited number of total images. This makes the process slower and more intentional.
The film is then developed and scanned into your final digital images, with natural grain, softer tones, and an organic, timeless quality.
1 hour 30 minutes — $750
Capturing your family as you truly are. Raw emotion. Tears. Smiles. Laughs. Hugs. Stealing a kiss. Those sweet little fingers and toes.
Photographing families on film gives space for a slower, more grounded kind of session — one where connection can take the lead. Whether your family session takes place outdoors or in a setting that feels most like home to you, I want the experience to feel easy and meaningful from start to finish.
Motherhood sessions are centered around you and your kids — the connection you share and all the little ways they love and need you in this season.
We’ll choose a location and outfits together, then spend our time playing, exploring, cuddling, and simply being together. I’ll give you direction when needed, but the goal isn’t to have everyone perfectly posed. It’s to let your relationship be the focus.
These sessions are a chance to slow down and document the things that feel so ordinary now — their little hands in yours, the way they climb into your arms, and how they look at you.
Because they won’t always be this little, and this version of motherhood won’t last forever.
